Communications: one platform, fully managed

Your phone system is part of the same connected platform we manage for you — not a separate vendor relationship. Here's how we handle it.

Replacing Your System

Whether you have one office or multiple locations across the globe, EMS can provide a telephony solution tailor-made for you. We can design a call center for your business, set up call reporting and call recording, and train your staff on best practices.

Platforms we've worked with: Fonality, ShoreTel, Mitel, Avaya, and Nortel. (Ask us which platforms we actively recommend today — some of these are legacy systems we still support for existing clients.)

Unified Communication

Receive faxes or voicemail via email, forward your office phone to your mobile device, or use a "soft" phone on your laptop or PC — we can help. We design systems that allow as much or as little as your company wants, so communication obstacles never get in the way of getting things done.

Managing Your Telephone Equipment

System updates, adds/changes, new phone installs, equipment replacement, and backups with a disaster recovery plan in place — we manage all of it as part of your overall technology platform, not a siloed side contract. Our Telephony Managed Services contracts include one add/change per year, and no fine print about auto-renewal without your consent.

Low Voltage Cabling & Physical Security

Structured Cat6 cabling, wireless access points, door intercoms, and security cameras — the typical low-voltage scope mid-sized companies need, installed with little to no disruption and documented so it's easy to support later. We're an OpenEye camera partner, so we install, manage, and support your camera system long after the cameras go up, not just the day they're installed.

Led by our low-voltage specialist, Trey Massey.
